This is a self service property. They do not have the expected check process or frontdesk. You are sent a link and they text you your door code. There is no staff after 8pm and the hotel is under construction. We arrived late and had a room that smelled freshly painted which aggravated my asthma and there was nothing we can do about it. It also represented itself like a hotel when its really a motel. Although the motel was in a good location to where we wanted to be and room was modern despite the paint smells.. I would wait until fully built before returning.

Property was very nice EXCEPT for the new construction going on, for which I was unaware in advance. That said, the new access road could have been better graded to avoid my car bottoming out. In addition, a grab bar in the bathtub would have been appreciated and comforting, especially as the tub floor gets VERY slippery while using.

Definitely a good place, quiet and away from the noise of city life But I would highly suggest to please mention on your page that property is under construction so people who are coming to stay there are prepared as it’s allergy season it could high affect someone who could have dust allergies or have asthma problems. Other than that Staff is extremely polite I couldn’t recall his name I believe it started with G he was the sweetest of them all. One more thing that we had trouble with was Bathroom it has A weird stink idk if its something to do with gutter or what but We couldn’t ignore even though we used air fresheners and perfumes but it didn’t get any better. As property is under construction there is no Security at night its pretty open area i felt a bit unsafe I believe security should be mandatory especially when there is no front desk after 8. Property has a-lot of potential just need to work on few things mentioned above and it will be a super hit and also For ppl with special needs property should work on elevators even for youngsters like us it was hard to take lots of luggage by stairs. Overall property is nice and clean and rooms are big enough just some feedback for it to be better

My night in the Medieval Dungeon Room was nothing short of magical. I received a call a couple of days before arrival, just to make sure everything was in order. The staff took great care of me. The decor, atmosphere, and mood lighting really elevated my stay. I know I'll be back again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay. I booked the forest room for my trip and it was really cool. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Restroom was very modern and up to date and clean. The construction did make walking in and out of the area kind of messy because of all the mud all around but it was tolerable. Was within walking distance of Salem attractions and gas stations. Themed rooms are quite expensivedepending on time of year.

Great place to stay!

My niece and I stayed here for the Salem experience! The location was perfect, felt safe leaving my vehicle there and thought the staff was attentive to customer needs and quick resolution. The only thing that affected my rating was that the hotel was under construction and the grounds were torn up. We were hoping to get out later and sightsee but didn’t feel it was safe to walk outside when the sun went down. The rest of the Cove pics on the site were accurate and the room was so cozy. The price was just the icing on the cake 😁
