The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. From the first can of water being offered, to the wonderful bar staff and finally one of the catering staff running over to pick up something I dropped so I didn’t have to, above and beyond! I don’t know why the Embassy Suites Boulder is rated as high as it is. It’s no better than the other similar type of hotels right around it. In fact, probably worse in terms of its condition. The AC was incredibly loud, it’s not possible to turn the fan down to low. TV didn’t work. The water pressure is pathetic. They call it a “suite” but they are no bigger than standard hotel rooms. Yes, having omelets made to order is nice but is that worth paying $40 more per night? Staff was nice and helpful though, which I appreciate.
