Bourcefranc is the ideal spot to start many walks. Well located north of the Rochelle52 km south Royan and 40 km between the two islands, Aix, Madame D, the Palmyre zoo. Rochefort and the royal rope 30km Palmyre Zoo 25km, the largest aquarium in the 60km Rochelle.

Lacking in comfortable seating, TV basic, no Wi-Fi. Multitude of kitchen utensils needed cleaning.

Had a good time, once settled & cleaning done,( kitchen, fridge & one & only tea towel left dirty) showers need good clean. Overall once cleaned it was spacious & useful. Garden brilliant for dogs. Needs some TLC & updating Dispose of all broken & chipped glasses & crockery. & unnecessary cutlery.

TrÚs belle maison avec 4 belles chambres, 2 toilettes séparés et 2 salles de bain avec douche.Un LIDL et un INTERMARCHE ne sont pas trÚs loin en voiture. Un beau terrain largement suffisant pour un animal de compagnie. Le seul petit bémol sont les moustiques présents dans la région.

Schönes großes Haus mit großem grundstĂŒck. Leider kein WLan, aber war ok. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Ruhige Umgebung alles sehr nett. Viele SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten schnell zu erreichen. War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Nous avons passĂ© 2 semaines dans cette grande maison, bien Ă©quipĂ©e et agrĂ©able. GrĂące aux 4 chambres, au trĂšs grand jardin, Ă  la cours spacieuse et aux 2 terrasses, chacun a pu trouver sa place, y compris les enfants ! Bien situĂ©e, proche de l’üle d’OlĂ©ron accessible en quelques minutes et Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate de Marennes, elle a rĂ©pondu Ă  toutes nos attentes. Si la voiture est indispensable, l’emplacement de la maison permet de se rendre rapidement n’importe oĂč. L’hĂŽte a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs accueillante et sympathique, nous avons reçu de bons conseils Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Merci pour ces vacances !

La location est irréprochable. Par contre, nous tenons à vous signaler que le descriptif de l'annonce de votre site comporte de fausses informations qui induisent en erreur lors du choix de lieu de vacances. A savoir, la plage à 1,5 kms est à peine praticable et le bassin de Marennes est à 3,2 km. Quant à la boulangerie, elle ne se trouve pas à 60 m mais plutÎt à 700 mÚtres ! Le descriptif géographique n'est pas exact, : Bourcefranc est au sud de la Rochelle et au nord de Royan !!

Magnifique maison tres bien située, proche de tout à pieds ou à vélos, non loin de royan et la rochelle en voiture. Agreable sejour en famille

Maison spacieuse et tres agreable pour y passer nos vacances de la Toussaint. Situation ideale pour se balader. Maison propre - dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de linge de maison (draps et serviettes de bain). A noter aussi qu'il n'y a pas de sel,poivre ,sucre et autres huiles, vinaigre.. cela pourrait etre utile d'en laisser un minimum dans la cuisine pour faciliter l'arrivee des locataires.

Grande maison bien placée pour des personnes pas exigeantes

La maison est trĂšs spacieuse et confortable, le terrain est grand. Elle est au calme, plein de place de parking. Par contre Ă  l'intĂ©rieur il y a plein de choses Ă  amĂ©liorer : les joints des salles de bains noirs, les WC aussi, un volet cassĂ©, les portes qui ne se ferment pas bien, le matĂ©riel abimĂ© ou cassĂ© (et quand mĂȘme laissĂ© sur place). Nous sommes arrivĂ©s dans la maison oĂč le mĂ©nage, selon nos goĂ»ts, n'a pas Ă©tĂ© fait correctement. La propriĂ©taire, aprĂšs m'avoir criĂ© dessus par tĂ©lĂ©phone, a acceptĂ© d'enlever les frais de mĂ©nage Ă  la fin de notre sĂ©jour. Alors vĂ©rifiez bien tout Ă  votre arrivĂ© et demandez de vous montrer comment ouvrir et fermer toutes les portes... avec un peu de chances elles ne seront pas cassĂ©es pendant votre sĂ©jour. Les escaliers sont extrĂȘmement brouillants. N'oubliez pas tout le matĂ©riel pour le barbecue, vos propres torchons, Ă©ponges, produit vaisselle, produit pour le linge etc. Il manquait Ă©galement les produits pour nettoyer correctement les WC. Attention Ă  bien fermer les volets de la baie vitrĂ©e en partant, comme elle ne se verrouille pas correctement.
