Located in the quiet area of Charmettoger, in the Alliet residence, a 65m² duplex with mezzanine for 6/7 people, on the ground floor with a small terrace.
The duplex comprises an entrance hall, a bathroom with bath and toilet, and a fully equipped kitchenette with 2 induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a fridge and a dishwasher.
There is a living room with a dining table and a sofa bed.
A lounge with a sofa and a flat-screen TV.
A hallway with toilet.
On the mezzanine (height of the mezzanine - 1.80 m) 2 single beds and a bedroom overlooking the living room with 2 single beds.
