This cottage is located in the owners' courtyard in the village center, bordering a main road.
Ground floor: living room with a 105cm TV and a sofa bed (140x190cm), separate and fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and a 3-burner ceramic hob.
A shower room with a 90x90cm shower and washing machine, separate WC with washbasin.
Upstairs: two bedrooms, each with two 80x200cm beds (can be made into two 160x200cm beds). Free Wi-Fi (RJ45 socket in each room and fiber optic internet).
Cot available on request.
Free access to the 1200m² enclosed garden. Private lawn and terrace of 85 m² equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture, offering complete privacy.
Carport parking for one vehicle, public parking 30m away if needed.
Gas central heating. Utilities, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning included. Stay in the former forge of this village in the Avesnois Regional Natural Park.
