Tervetuloa rauhalliselle, meren äärellä sijaitsevalle Casa Del Mar -villamme! Kiinteistömme sijaitsee kauniissa uudessa porteilla vain muutaman askeleen päässä omalta rannalta. Aloita päiväsi queen-size-sängyltä näkymästä rauhalliselle valtamerelle ja lopeta päiväsi uima-altaassamme näkymästä upeaan auringonlaskuun. Aguada on kaunis kulttuurikaupunki, jossa on tarjolla rannikon latinalaisia ruokia ja hauskaa yöviihdettä. Varaa majoitus Casa Del Marissa intiimin ja hauskan loman viettoon.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee lähellä kohdetta Crash Boat -ranta. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla ulkouima-allas ja pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja yksityisen uima-altaan.

Amazing experience

This property was definitely a great choice for my first vacation to Puerto Rico! The location is perfect - we loved being able to hear and see the ocean from our villa. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed, clean, lots to do eat close by.

All you need and nothing you don't!

Please don't let my review title let you think that this casita is Spartan - it isn't! Just the right size, nicely appointed with everything we needed to cook most our meals when not out running around having adventures. The place was clean, had great airflow (especially when you open the windows over the couch) and the double front doors let in all the ocean sounds and a steady sea breeze. Luis was a fantastic host, quick to book, reply with updates when I messaged him (usually well within an hour!) and checked in with us via the app during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed - all while not being intrusive. We'll definitely be back. Under 20 minutes to Rincon for dinner and under 30 minutes to CrashBoat, and the outdoor kitchen area and pool was clean, never crowded and always easy. The locked gate reduced worries about walk-throughs but the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a weekend (or week) away in a liw-stress, easy and simple beach house. If it was our own, we'd have set it up exactly the same way

Tranquil

Peaceful. This is what we experience when we come to Casa Del Mar. The villa is perfect size for 2 adults. The view! This area is quiet but easy to get to everything. The owners are very responsive if needed. This is the only place we want to stay when we come to Aquada.

Better then expected

Communication was fantastic. The villa was extremely cozy and intimate. The sunsets were in perfect view. I enjoyed the hammock seat and the pool was just a few feet away. Easy access to the beach.Villa appeared to be the perfect spot for us. We have been telling our friends and family about Casa De Mar. The shower had low pressure and there was either super cold or extremely hot water temperature.

Absolutely perfect!

Our stay at this unit was absolutely perfect! I wish we could have stayed so much longer. It was super clean, communication with the host was very good, the location was really convenient to lots of activity, and the water was literally steps away. We couldn't have asked for anything better!

Quaint and Nice!!

It was lovely to be able to sit in the living room and look at the ocean through the doors. It was even more wonderful going to sleep and waking up with the waves crashing. The beach by the gate to enter had some wood scattered, which seems to be leftover from a storm, but we could still walk down the rest of the beach and enjoy the ocean. We would definitely stay again!!! The hosts were wonderful with their communication.

Awesome place

What a great place to stay. Cozy and comfortable with all the amenities you need and right in front of the beach. You hear the sound of the waves day and night which is delightful. We were also very close to family. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful get away with ocean view

The listing was accurate and communication with Luis was easy and received timely response. Condo is perfect for two people. Amazing view from the front door, could sit and enjoy my morning coffee while listening to the surf. Wasn’t busy while we were there, so plenty of privacy and beach.

Amazing spot

This is my second time staying at Casa Del Mar and I will be coming back the next chance I get. The ocean is right in front of you with an unobstructed view. The host is incredible and the place is always clean. I’ve stayed at other places nearby and this is by far the best one for 2 to 3 people. If you’re a surfer, this is perfectly positioned between Rincon and Aguadilla/isabela making it ideal for going to either location depending on the conditions. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

On the beach

The floors weren’t very clean and there was no coffee pot. There was a one cup percolator that did the trick but was no convent and was messy. It is right off the beach so listening to the waves from inside with the doors open was nice and felt secure with it being gated.

Amazing!

Casa Del Mar is exactly as advertised. The host is extremely helpful and communicative and the property is as advertised. This is our second time staying here and the home clean, well appointed and well kept. With a wonderful ocean view this unit is adjacent to the community pool and covered table/sitting area, perfect for coffee, meals or playing games The beach out front is accessible from the gate and down the stairs, perfect for long beach walks and beach days. The villas are close to restaurants on the beach road, the town square and grocery shopping. Easy drive to other beaches such as Jobos or Crashboat for a day trip. We will definitely stay again on a future trip to the area!

Great Place For A Relaxing Beach Stay

We stayed at Casa Del Mar Jan 30-Feb 3 and I am still dreaming/wishing I was still there, does that tell you how much we loved it 🏝️ The unit was the closest one to the beach and the way it is sitting makes it very private. The inside is very spacious and comfortable. We did not turn on the air units so the sound of the ocean was amazing, would lull you to sleep at night. From the front door to the gate at the beach was only 24 steps. And we had a great experience renting from Luis. He is very easy to communicate with and will do everything he can to make your stay all it should be. There are many good restaurants in Aguada. We tried some that Luis suggested plus others & never was disappointed. Don’t think twice about going to Aguada or renting Casa Del Mar from Luis, you won’t be disappointed!

Great location

A small house with a really good layout. Situated on a short cliff overlooking the ocean where we watched waves coming in. Walk across the grassy area and through a locked gate then take short flight of stairs and you are walking on a beautiful beach. Located in an intimate gated community near the end of a dead-in street. Very quiet, very friendly. Has a whole house water purifier that did a great job. Also, two AC. One in the kitchen/living room and the other in the bedroom. But, they worked so well we only used one of them. Several good restaurants and bars within a short 5 minute drive. The drive to Rincon was also pleasant. The only drawback is that it's not close to an interstate. And don't trust Googlemaps. You might find yourself taking the scenic route. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Directly on the beach, cant get any closer

This is the best location if you would like to get away from the hustle and bustle of the cities and spend a few days relaxing in the ocean water and just absorbing the sun. Your private cottage is steps away from the beach. The beach is excellent.
