Our Cottage, which was built over One Hundred Years ago is both intimate and elegant having recently been fully renovated and painted both inside and outside featuring a gas fire, new ducted air conditioning, new large smart TV, new lounges, heated towel rail, a Master Bedroom with its’ new King Bed that can be split into Two Single Beds and a Second Bedroom with its’ new Queen Bed together with a beautiful garden space to sit in fronting the road through a garden and a white picket fence and a rear deck on which to quietly enjoy our beautiful Southern Highlands weather.
The whole Cottage, which looks like something out of a magazine including all of the comforts of home, is yours to escape to & enjoy.
Perfect for golfing weekends, wedding guests, girls' weekends, romantic weekends, families and business travellers etc.
We are also Pet Friendly. If you want to bring your pet on holidays with you, we charge a Pet Fee.
Our Cottage is a flat 3 minute walk to the heart of Old Bowral with its restaurants, cafés and boutiques, gorgeous parks, museums, galleries, vineyards and golf courses.
For larger groups we can offer accommodation for up to 14 people with our two Hidden Door properties and our secluded private luxury boutique home, Hall House, which is also within minutes walk to the heart of Old Bowral: • The Hidden Door Cottage - 2 Bedrooms - Sleeps 4 - 1 Bathroom; • The Hidden Door Villa - 2 Bedrooms - Sleeps 4 - 2 Bathrooms; and • Hall House - 3 Bedrooms - Sleeps 6 - 2 Bathrooms and a Luxury Outdoor Spa.
The Hidden Door Cottage & Villa are both self contained and separate.
All of our properties, which are under separate listings, have been recently renovated both inside and outside. Hall House is our only property that does NOT allow pets.
We can split our King Bed in the Master Bedroom into Singles. We cannot split the Queen Bed in our Second Bedroom. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like the King Bed split.
All beds are fitted with electric blankets for the cooler nights.

The Southern Highlands is a beautiful year-round destination. Stop-in-your-track colour characterises autumn; snow sometimes accompanies winter; spring dazzles with its kaleidoscope of colour; and summer warm days with low humidity. Bowral is a such a safe destination, so you can wander to your heart's content.
Our Cottage is within walking distance of the train station and Bowral is serviced by taxis.
If you have your own car, there is free unlimited parking right out the front on The Hidden Door side of Bundaroo Street (and around the corner in Bendooley Street). Across the road there are some parking restrictions during weekday business hours and Saturday morning.
