Tässä kauniisti uusitussa Vallonian järven kodissa on 4 makuuhuonetta ja 4. 5 kylpyhuonetta. Olo- ja ruokailutilan suurista ikkunoista on upeat näkymät järvelle niin pitkälle kuin silmä näkee. Graniittitasoilla, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla ja aamiaisnokilla tämä gourmet-keittiö on varmasti miellyttävä kaikille kotikokille. Tämän avoimen olohuoneen ohella mittava kansi kietou talon ympärille ja tarjoaa laajat näkymät järvelle, kaksi grilliä ja runsaasti patioistuimia perheelle. Järven julkisivu on 175 ', joka sisältää upouuden synteettisen telakan ja peitetyn veneluiskan sekä hiekkaisen järvenpohjan ja ranta-alueen pelaamista varten.

Vastapäätä sisääntulotieltä on ensimmäinen makuuhuone, jossa parisänky ja liitetty kylpyamme. Eteisen alareunassa on toinen makuuhuone, jossa kerrossänky, pohjassa täysi sänky ja kaksoset päällä; Tässä huoneessa on myös parvi, jossa on vielä kolme erillistä vuodetta. Tästä makuuhuoneesta on myös helppo pääsy terassille. Edelleen käytävällä on kaksi muuta makuuhuonetta, toisessa parisänky, täysin liitetty kylpyamme ja patio, ja toisessa queen-vuode ja täysin liitetty kylpyamme.

Tämä hieno koti on sisustettu hiljattain moderneilla kalusteilla ja runsaalla oleskelualueella perheille. Alakerrassa on suuri, laaja alue, jossa on enemmän istuimia, TV ja ulkoterassi. Järven lähellä on palo-kuoppa ilta nuotioita varten ja runsaasti nurmikkoaluetta viihdyttämiseksi. The porch was spectacular with an amazing view with plenty of lounge chairs and dining tables. We made campfires several evenings and the new dock was perfect for our boat! Megan at kidd Leavy was awesome! Responded quickly to any questions and was very easy to work with. We feel so lucky to have had a wonderful week up north and will definitely be back!

Amazing Home and View

This home has an amazing view of Walloon Lake. The lakefront property and dock made it a perfect vacation spot for a larger family gathering. All bedrooms are on one level. The bunk bed room has a loft area with 3 mattresses on the floor and a low ceiling. So, only kids could go up there if they wanted to. The ladder up to the loft was a bit too high. We rented a tritoon and two jet skis - both fit safely under the boat dock area. The inside of the home has an amazing kitchen supplying every cooking tool one would need!
