I had stayed at the Leonardo in Swindon so was looking forward to this stay but was a bit disappointed. The main issue was breakfast that had no alternative Vegan options. I would suggest the Wetherspoons around the corner that is also cheaper.
Simple online check in and friendly staff at the reception, stayed for 1 evening and the room was great, comfortable and warm! The hotel was located conveniently with a secure NCP carpark next door which was reasonably priced.
Simple, sufficient & satisfactory stay. Great location as very convenient. Probably some of the most helpful staff that I have ever encountered! Superb front desk team!
We stayed to catch up with friends and go to the theatre so this hotel was absolutely perfect, just a short walk on both evenings!
All staff we really welcoming and professional, even supplying us with extra bottled water. There were 2 free coffees from the bar both days which was much appreciated.
The room was comfortable, the only downside was one side of the bed had very little room and the bathroom floor wasn’t completely clean. Everything else was clean so we didn’t complain. Water for the shower was nice and hot.
We had a fabulous stay and would definitely stay again as it’s so close to all Bradford has to offer.
Claims to have parking, doesn't. Bar is meant to close at 10:30, but is was all locked up at 10:25. Access doors to lift constantly jamming. One member of staff foe check in so waited 10 minutes just to be acknowledged. Overall pretty shabby
