Great location and place to stay for a girls weekend. The property has all the basic necessities, was clean/maintained, and the communication with the property manager was excellent. My only critique would be that there could be more seating in the living room area; only an arm chair and love seat couch are there, so with more than 3-4 people there is not a lot of seating in front of the fireplace & TV. My girlfriends and I all said it’d be a great place to come back to with our families as well.

We had a lovely, though very short stay, for a friend’s wedding! The condo has a great view of the lake, was clean and very comfortable and well set up with essentials. I can definitely imagine how nice it would be to stay for a longer period of time!

Did a short spa weekend getaway with girlfriends. The condo was in a perfect location to go to the spa and out for dinner. There were five of us. I think the only thing we would have wanted was more seating in the living room. Otherwise everything was great. Property was also very responsive to my questions.

Beautiful Bay Colony 772

We stayed at Bay Colony 772 this past weekend. We had a terrific time with our twin toddler grandchildren and daughter. The facilities were terrific and what we needed to keep the family entertained and safe. The playground equipment was a big hit. Shout out to Jake for helping to get us the Pac-N-Play we had requested. We also reached out to him for help when another guest locked themselves out of their unit. He was courteous, pleasant and assisted us to meet our needs. Property management was also terrific making sure that we had everything we needed prior to and after departure. We would definitely return if given the opportunity! Thank you!
