Located on the first floor of our lakeside fourplex, this unit features a queen bed, full kitchen, living room with sofa, private patio, and direct access to the shared laundry room. Includes one free parking spot in the lot. Additional trailer, boat trailer, or RV parking may be available after booking. Tie up one boat at the shared dock—already in for the 2025 season.

The Space:
Welcome to Unit 1, a cozy lakeside retreat on the first floor of our fourplex, offering 590.19 sq ft of comfort and charm. This 1BR unit features a queen bed, a sofa, and space to accommodate a blow-up mattress if needed. A full kitchen with a coffee maker and provided linens—sheets, comforters, and towels—makes it easy to settle in.

Enjoy your private patio, just steps from the lake, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening view. You’ll also have direct, lockable access to the shared laundry room, adding extra convenience for longer stays. The dock is already installed for the 2025 season, and each unit has a designated space to tie up one boat.

Elevate your stay with our 3,000 lb boat lift, available for rent and suitable for most mid-sized boats (not suitable for pontoons). Pricing and availability can be found on our website, which will be shared after booking. Whether you’re here for a weekend or a full vacation, Unit 1 is your perfect home base for enjoying Gull Lake.

Guest Access:
After booking, guests will receive a keypad code for their unit door. Enter the building from the lakeside entrance—Unit 1 is the first door on the left.

This unit includes:

One standard parking lot space (no garage access)

Private, direct access to the shared laundry room from inside the unit

Shared propane grill available on the first-level decks

Access to the shared dock, with one free boat tie-up space (dock installed for the 2025 season)

Optional trailer, boat trailer, or RV parking (Spaces A–D) available for purchase after booking, based on availability

Boat Trailor/Extra Vehicle/ATV Parking: $30/Night
Off Grid RV Parking: $65/Night
Tent Camping: $35/Night +$10 Per guest after the first guest.

Welcome to the Gull Point neighborhood—one of Gull Lake’s most scenic and desirable areas in Brainerd, Minnesota. Just three doors down from Ernie’s on Gull Lake, our fourplex is nestled along a quiet stretch of shoreline offering both peaceful relaxation and lively summer vibes.

Whether you're watching boats pass, relaxing to the sounds of nature, or enjoying music drifting from Ernie’s restaurant, you’ll experience the true essence of lake life.

This unit includes one standard parking lot space. If you're bringing a trailer, boat trailer, or RV, a limited number of additional on-site parking spots (Spaces A–D) are available by separate reservation after booking. The closest public boat launch is just minutes away at Government Point.

Enjoy nearby nature trails, paddleboarding, beaches, and all the charm of downtown Brainerd & Nisswa—just a short drive away with great restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and local events.

Getting Around:
Getting around the Gull Lake area is easy and enjoyable with several convenient options.

We also offer several rental options on-site (subject to availability):

-Pontoon Rental: Great for lake cruising or fishing, available daily from 8 AM–7 PM

-E-Bike Rentals: Perfect for exploring local trails, roads, or heading into town

-Boat Lift Rental: 3,000 lb lift for mid-sized boats (not pontoons)

-Trailer/RV/Boat Trailer Parking: Rent a designated spot (A–D) after booking

Guests with their own boats are welcome to tie up at the dock—one tie-up space per unit is included at no cost. With Ernie’s restaurant just a few doors away and the lake right out front, you’ll have everything you need for a fun and easy lakeside stay.

Other Things to Note:
We welcome guests with all kinds of plans—whether you're here to relax, fish, golf, or enjoy a cold drink by the fire while listening to music. Whatever brings you here, we kindly ask that you remain respectful and considerate of other guests during your stay.

If you're bringing a pet, please include them as an additional HUMAN guest on your reservation, as this is how our pet fee is applied. Pets must be leashed at all times to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone, including children, and to help prevent accidents near the water.

Firewood Reminder
A shared fire pit is available between the units and the lake—please bring your own firewood if you'd like to enjoy it.

Dock Access – 2025 Season
We’re happy to confirm that the docks are currently installed and ready for use. Each group is welcome to tie up one boat at their designated spot on the shared dock.

Dock Removal Notice
Dock installation and removal are based on seasonal weather conditions and service provider availability. Docks are generally available from late spring through early fall and are removed in late fall as ice begins to form. Timing may vary from year to year, and we appreciate your understanding as we prioritize safety and facility care.

Interaction with Guests:
As your host, I live nearby and am readily available if you need anything during your stay. My goal is to strike the perfect balance between being accessible and respecting your privacy.

You may occasionally see me parking my boat at the dock while visiting Ernie’s on Gull Lake, just a few doors down. I may stop by with a quick hello, or you might see me spending time with family who are also staying on the property. I aim to provide a sense of connection—without ever intruding on your space.
