My husband’s office caught on FIRE while we were traveling. We made it to mountain home and had to turnaround.
I called to cancel the 3 night stay knowing I would have to pay for the first night. It was around 7 pm when I called that we had to head back to his business and our home.
We were still charged all THREE NIGHTS. Please correct this. I called and spoke to at least 3 different customer service knowing we would be responsible for the first night. Any help is appreciated.
