The Space:
The home has been tastefully decorated with modern decor and accents that complement the space. The open-concept layout allows everyone to join in on the conversation and is ideal for entertaining. The living space features a TV, a sofa that doubles as a sleeper (great for kids), and access to the outside patio. Enjoy peaceful mornings on the covered patio with your morning brew in hand.
Back inside, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up some signature dishes from home. A toaster and coffee maker are just a couple of the extra items available for your convenience. A table awaits outside for alfresco dining or enjoy formal meals inside at the dining table for 6.
The home sleeps up to 5 guests comfortably between 2 private bedrooms and the sofa sleeper. Each space is furnished with luxe linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.
Bedroom #1 is equipped with a king-size bed, TV, patio access, and private en-suite. The en-suite offers a jetted tub/shower combo.
Bedroom #2 is outfitted with a king-size bed and TV.
Bathroom #2 is shared with a tub/shower combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- This is a 2nd-floor, walk-up unit with 18 steps required to reach the entrance. There is no elevator available.
- Parking is available in the parking lot for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. The required parking passes will be obtained from the guard at the gate upon arrival.
- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
- A laundry room with a washer/dryer is available for guest use.
- Seasonal outdoor pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- The communal outdoor hot tub and indoor pool are open year-round.
- Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
- This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
