No hot water when we called the front desk they told us they were working on it. But we were there for 2 nights and it never changed. The headboard had handprints all over it. Our door kept getting hit by people walking by and it would knock it open slightly. Towels did not dry anything just moved the water around. Not the worst but could have been better.

The towels were terrible, we went and bought our own towels. I also think it’s super RUDE to leave a tip envelope in the room for house keeping. It’s never been an “extra” service for housekeeping. I would hope that the rooms are cleaned every day without having a “TIP incentive” to do the job.

The toilet seat was way too small for the toilet, the shower-head was way too short, and the shower was rusty and stained. There was one thin blanket for the bed and overall it just wasn’t really clean.

The beds were supposed to be pillowtop mattresses. NOT at all!! Felt like sleeping on plywood. The sink knob was broken. The sink was VERY slow to drain. There were holes in the bathroom wall. There was absolutely nowhere to hang any clothes! The girl at the front desk was very nice. She kept repeating they were renovating the place. Well, I hope they renovate ALOT!!!! Right now, I would not recommend staying here and I would not stay here again.
