All 3 rooms were clean. Fair condition of things like shower and mini-fridge. Beds in 2 of the rooms were comfortable. Beds in one room was very, very hard...like sleeping on box springs only.

When we checked into our room it reek of weed. I went down and told the clerk and she told me to open the door and turn on the cooling unit and the smell would be gone in about 30 minutes. Of course, it didn’t get the smell out. Then that evening we were woke up out in our sleep to the same smell of weed that was SO strong. It ruined our trip because we both had terrible headaches the next day. I would NOT recommend staying there. The entire place needs a makeover. There were tall weeds in the landscaping, trash all over in the parking lot, painting chipping off the walls. Bad management. They had like a 16 year old girl running the office the whole time we were there.

Staff at check in was very friendly, the A/C shut off completely on its own sometimeovernight, and did not come back on until 10:33 am, 27 minutes before checkout 😑 😒 I reported to the front desk at checkout, and all was said, "oh, I'm sorry", I wasn't offered anything as an incentive to come back. I will mot book here again.

The reviews are very misleading and must be written by the owners. I was optimistic that we had found a good renovated motel. That was not the case. It is renovated but very poorly done. The AC did not work and the beds were terrible. Property is filthy and very dated. There were so many people smoking poolside that it was in bearable to even walk outside. Be warned the photos and the reviews are not the room you will be staying in. Total crap box and would not recommend. We had a two night stay booked and paid for and left after the 1st night and found a better place.

An older property that has been updated. Bed comfortable, people nice, and breakfast was good. Pool was not opened and shower head was really low. Will stay again, great value for the price.

This place is a nice little motel and it's had some renovations done. Easy parking and an elevator for those who don't want to use the stairs(only 3 levels). Comfortable bed and just a minute away from all the activities that are Branson. No microwave in room and the pool was empty are the only negatives my wife and I have. Friendly staff and pretty quiet for being in the middle of the action

Staff was very kind and attentive. They have a great dining area that we could sit in to play games and they even had cookies for us to enjoy at night. The room needed a little maintenance but overall it was clean and comfortable.
