Our high vaulted ceilings and open floor plan creates a perfect space for a large group. 2 private covered decks w/ gorgeous views of Table Rock Lake on the upper & beautiful Ozark mountain views and wooded pines on the main level are sure to create a relaxing trip. Directly next to our home you will find the boardwalk to the wooded trail that leads directly to a cove of Table Rock Lake. Our community offers Outdoor and Indoor pools, seasonal hot tubs, children’s play area and pickleball court! The Roasted Marshmallow is located in the beautiful Summer Bay development! This newly constructed and professionally designed home has over 3000 sq ft of living space and all of the comforts of home!

Our STUNNING Main King Master Suite boasts soaring vaulted pine ceilings and floor to ceiling shiplap fireplace. Grand custom wood Farmhouse Barn Bed. The en-suite bathroom offers an incredible and luxurious floor to ceiling custom tiled shower and double sink vanity.

3 more King Master Suites on the main level each with their own beautiful custom wood beds and polished style. En-suite bathrooms in each as well. Bathrooms for these 3 bedrooms are: Two with showers and enclosed glass doors, One with shower/tub combo and shower curtain.

Our Inviting Open Living Room with shiplap fireplace, smart tv has cozy seating for all including 2 Italian leather couches. Vaulted pine ceilings and open railing above make this warm and roomy.

Our Kitchen has a huge 12 foot granite Island with seating for 6. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a separate Coffee Bar with both Standard Coffee Maker AND Keurig! You’ll also find all of the pots, pans, dishes, bakeware, utensils and countertop appliances you’ll need to enjoy a home cooked meal! To add more space, we have a roomy separate pantry closet to store all of your groceries and kitchen items!

The Covered Patio right outside has a large outdoor dining table, cozy fire pit with seating and a gas grill. There’s complete privacy behind our home with beautiful pines lining your view.

Laundry Room on main level features large front loading washer and dryer. Detergent and dryer sheets both provided.

UPPER LEVEL SPACE

Game Room area is right upstairs with Pool Table and Shuffleboard!

Our Bunk bedroom located on the upper level provides one Triple Twin Bunk bed (3 twin beds) and a Twin over Full Bunk bed. This room can accommodate 6! En-suite bathroom has shower with curtain.
