Great place to stay!

We stayed in one of the suites and it was certainly a place I would stay again. No question. Bed was comfortable. I’d say if you have mobility issues, at least inquire ahead about the shower. The shower had a tub that’s somewhat like a hot tub in appearance, but was just a large tub with no handrails. Not a criticism, just a warning. My mobility is… I’m getting older let’s just say, so have a strategy. The suite had two televisions and ample space, a stove and full fridge, a nice balcony with a screen so you could hang out without mosquito trouble. Ample activities: a full 18 hole mini golf that was pretty well done, shuffleboard, table tennis, etc etc. It’s a nice place and I’ll go back. Unless I develop mobility issues and can’t use the shower because of a me problem. BUT they do have an elevator to all three floors of suites! I’ve been going to Branson sometimes once a year for 30 years and it’s one of my best stays, that I can say. I mean this as fairly glowing praise.

We stayed in room 605. We noticed right away this room was not as nice as ones we had stayed in previously. Dirty tubs, cracked floor tiles, spider webs in the corners, etc. Also we were unable to take a hot shower the whole time we were there. We had to get in and out in less than 5 minutes because it would get cold very quickly. They have big jacuzzi tubs that we could never use because there wasn't enough hot water. The beds were hard as a rock so none of us slept well the entire time we were there. We were also treated poorly by staff when we would ask for things because "we booked through Expedia". Whatever that matters I have no idea. They also signed us up for a timeshare presentation and we had to drive back after breakfast clear across Branson and rush to get there and after we arrived they told us we didn't make enough money to do the presentation so we could not collect our promised $200 gift card. There were about 10 people in there when she stated very loudly "your income isn't high enough to do the presentation". After they were the ones who pushed us into doing it upon check in. Just a terrible experience overall. I won't be staying there ever again.

The beds were not comfortable. The dishwasher was broken and full of water when we arrived, which makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the dishes. They were quick to repair it though. The toiletries needed replaced durung our stay in all 3 rooms that were rented.

This stay rates in my top 3 all time hotel stays. Great customer Service! Comfortable bed. Everything worked. Everything was clean. My favorite part of the 1 bedroom condo was the screened in porch with trees behind it. It felt very private and secluded. Very close to everything Branson. We will be back.

Felt like sharing a room with strangers

Studio room. The connecting door did not have any seal around it. Sounded like the people on the other side were in our room. Paper thin walls. Not quite at all. Even heard the people over us.

Needs a refresh, but very usable

This is a time share resort. The physical design of the units is good. You will be asked to take a "tour" (timeshare sales pitch). It can be refused. The facility has a lot of activities. It definitely is showing wear and tear. Broken trim, scuffed paint, worn furniture, and 90's style decoration. That said, it is clean and quite usable. The beds were clean and in good shape. Don't go expecting the latests in finishes and you will be OK.

Location was excellent, they made our home away from home delightful. They accomidated very well. Wish the mini golf was lit in the evening which is when we wanted to play but could not. Room was roomy and functioned very well. I know to bring my own knives next time. And we expect there will be a next time soon.
