This semi-detached house is adjacent to another Gîtes de France property (sleeps 8) and a studio apartment. You will have a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher), opening onto the dining area and lounge (TV, Wi-Fi, wood-burning stove). There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 x 190 cm). A shower room is available, as well as a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine with a children's play area (Lego, books).
In front of the house, you can enjoy a private 40 m² garden overlooking the swimming pool, complete with a barbecue and garden furniture. The shared swimming pool is open from June to the end of September (11 x 5 m, chlorine treatment, 1.50 m deep, secured by a roller shutter). A shared laundry room with external access is equipped with a washing machine. This cottage is no longer available for rent from June 15th to September 15th, and is only rented for 6 people (ref. 24G10572). This location is a true invitation to relaxation, offering a green and peaceful setting, while remaining close to the wonders of Brantôme, just 5 km away. The surrounding hiking trails promise moments of discovery in the heart of the region's unspoiled nature. The village of Saint-Jean-de-Côle, the Villars cave, and the Château de Bourdeilles are among the lovely discoveries less than 20 minutes away. Also worth exploring is the old town of Périgueux, with its medieval streets and Gallo-Roman remains!
