When you enter the home a mud room greets you providing a convenient space to store your outdoor gear. Head up the stairs to the main living space, which features a stylish living room and dining area in an open layout, perfect for kicking back and relaxing with your group. Warm up by the electric fireplace while you curl up on the plush furnishings and watch a movie, gather for a meal at the 8-person dining table, or step out to the balcony and sit back and enjoy the forested surroundings. A fully equipped kitchen is tucked off the dining area, where you will find a full range of appliances so you can prepare home-cooked meals with ease.
When you are ready to tuck in for the night, you will find the two bedrooms located on the lower level of the home, each with the added comfort of plush carpeting and TVs. The first bedroom is a well-decorated space with a king-size bed, an electric fireplace, a spacious closet, and a large window filling the space with natural light. The second bedroom is perfect for sharing, with a double over queen bunk bed and an inflatable mattress in the closet. The room also features a large closet and a dresser, offering ample storage space. A full bathroom is located near the bedrooms, with a separate room featuring the toilet and bathtub/shower combo.

Guest Access: Guest will have access to the entire home and one parking spot in front of the building. Guest will also have access to a shared laundry facility located in the building and to the shared Columbine complex pool and hot tub.

Within walking distance to both ski lifts and the downtown area, the home is also across the street from a stop on the FREE Breckenridge shuttle line. Hop on the shuttle and quickly be connected to other routes that will take you all over Breckenridge and the surrounding areas. The free Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around the historic downtown, you can find parking downtown and use the free trolley to easily explore the area.
