They refused to supply more than a few travel sized shampoo and conditioner bottles on a week long stay and told us to go buy what we needed from the local market - but of course I got their insincere automated message the next morning to “let them know if there’s anything we needed to make our stay more comfortable”. The people running the phone number to communicate with were rude and unhelpful to boot.Free shuttle isn’t really free, a 20 tip is expected every time you’re picked up. There was also only 1 shuttle available and pick ups are every 30m. While I understand it wasn’t the shuttle drivers fault the first day we were there someone hit the shuttle while we were on the mountain waiting for our pickup, this caused a major delay in being picked up, so the kids who had opted for an easy first day and to come out after lunch ended up getting 1 run in that day because our 12:30 pick up turned into a more like 1:30 pick up.Lots of drywall dings and scuffs throughout the house.

My group enjoyed our stay here! There was plenty of space for our group. We had an issue with water pressure early on and they were able to get it resolved the same day we reported it to them! Outdoor Hot Tub was great and the access to the private shuttle made getting to the slopes easy!

Easy check in, communicated well. They had a lot of small amenities and items you may want to enjoy such as sleds, extra ski goggles, games and plenty of towels. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a 40th birthday surprise for my son and family. The property and surrounding area was perfect for the occasion and we all had a great time! If we venture out to the Denver area again I would definitely love to stay at High Point again. Thank you!

Loved the wildlife

Enjoyed our stay and there was plenty of room for all of us. Just beware there are a lot of stairs if you have any issues with them. The wildlife was very exciting, had a moose come right up to the house and also a red fox. I would recommend this place for a big group and it’s away from downtown if you want peace and quiet.

Perfect!!

The house was perfect for our family of 13! Set up of the house was great and allowed all to move around comfortably. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. So peaceful and gorgeous views. Close to hiking trail that the little ones loved! We even had a cute fox come by to say hello!

Wedding in Breck

We came to Breckenridge to get married. My now husband and I, our three children. Then my husbands mother, step-dad and half brothers joined us. Along with my husband’s father. The house was extremely roomy for the 10 of us and was clean and ready for us to just unpack and have fun. Which we did. We are from Texas and very much enjoyed the break from the heat. Thanks for being such great host!

Great Stay

This is a great little property. We had a wonderful time here. We had a little issue with a door and the owner sent over maintenance right away and took care of the problem. I would recommend this place all day long, and we do plan on coming back.

Colorado Trip 2022

The check in and checkout processes were a breeze! The spaciousness of the property for our group of 14 was wonderful! We had ample parking for everyone as well. Great location. For our needs it would have been nice to have had a little bit of a yard to play some outdoor games. Otherwise the patio with hot tub was definitely a nice extra. Although the property was in good shape there were a few things that could be updated and tended to. We had a great time in Breck!! Would definitely recommend this property to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Big but Needs Updates

We had a great time in Breckenridge. This property is in a quiet neighborhood and is a short drive to Main Street. The area is beautiful and we enjoyed hiking, fishing and biking. The house itself is very large with plenty of space to spread out. The teens loved the upstairs area with a pool table and large TV for gaming in the evenings. The hot tub was very nice also. We had a few issues with appliances during our stay that I did not report until we left. The dishwasher required a reset twice (which we googled how to do) because it was not running through the whole cycle before saying dishes were clean. Also, our last night there the hot water heater stopped working and several of us had a cold shower. It was late and we were checking out the next morning so we reported that upon departure. Also, one of the stove burners had a mind of its own and would randomly change temperatures during cooking. In my opinion the mattresses in both downstairs bedrooms could be replaced and the downstairs leather couch was not comfortable to sit on either. The house itself is wonderful, as is the location. A few updates would make this rental perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and even though we had the appliance difficulties, they weren’t deal breakers! One more note: There are two foxes that regularly visit and love to be fed. We were a little nervous to cook on the grill but they were harmless and sat patiently hoping for a bite. They were almost like pets.
