With a total of 400 square feet, A One Bedroom Colorado Residences features a King bed in the bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Flat-screen TVs in both. A kitchenette with a two burner stove, toaster, dishwasher, Fridge, coffee pot, and toaster. All cooking utensils are provided.There are washers/dryers located on each floor for your convenience..
