The nearby town of Brecon boasts a vibrant cultural scene with its museum, festivals, theatre, and canal, while the Black Mountains offer endless opportunities for adventure, from scenic walking trails and pony trekking to wild swimming in tranquil waters. Further afield, explore the fascinating National Showcaves at Dan-yr-Ogof (14 miles).

Walk through a picturesque meadow with sweeping views of Pen-y-Fan before reaching the enchanting burrow. Surrounded by thoughtfully landscaped gardens, the hut welcomes you with a covered porch for storing coats and boots. Inside, the open-plan design offers a cosy and inviting space, complete with a generously sized sofa and TV for relaxation. Ample built-in storage is available for clothes and shoes, and the shower room includes a large walk-in shower. A communal utility room with a washing machine is also on hand.

Outside, you'll find a table and chairs for alfresco dining, a wood-fired hot tub (with logs included), and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows under the stars. A communal area within the meadow provides additional space for relaxation, and bike storage is available at the main house, 200 meters away.
