This charming house with blue shutters offers you all the comfort you need for a pleasant holiday with family or friends. A spacious living area with a comfortable lounge and a decorative fireplace (non-functional), opening onto a shaded terrace. A fully equipped open-plan kitchen that will allow you to prepare delicious meals. Three bedrooms with storage and a new, functional bathroom with separate toilet. The double beds are 140/190. You will also enjoy a pleasant garden, typical of the Atlantic coast with its pines and sandy soil, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. You can escape to the beach through a small private gate. Only 300 metres to walk to get your feet in the water! Direct access to the cycle path and seaside activities. An ideal house to relax and enjoy the sea air.



Close to Les Sables d'Olonne, the city of the Vendée Globe, and Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, a renowned nautical resort, Brétignolles-sur-Mer is ideally located. You will appreciate the quality of life in this small village on the Vendée coast which has four supervised beaches. The wild coastline and protected dunes offer breathtaking panoramas throughout the year and different views with each season. Come for a stroll along the landscaped corniche, or cycle on the cycle paths, to fully enjoy the spectacle of the ocean. For the more active, experience the waves and the open sea with sailing and surfing schools. The town is lively all year round thanks to its markets and market halls. Maison très bien située dans un quartier calme et pavillonnaire, à proximité de la zone de baignade surveillée de la plage de la Sauzaie et des Viviers de la Corniche (5 min à pied) !Maison bien agencée et très beau jardin d'où l'on aperçoit la mer.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Les installations sont bonnes, tout ce dont vous avez besoin est là. En saison estivale jusqu'à fin septembre sans chauffage (soit +10 €/jour), mais il y a une cheminée au bois. Le contact avec l’agence Hoomy très agréable:personnel très cool. Très beau gîte fonctionnel, bien équipé avec jardin magnifique. Seul bémol la proximité du parc où parfois,comme nous sommes cachés, des gens se croient tout seuls.

Maison très agréable pour une famille de 5. Maison lumineuse dans un environnement sans nuisances. On entend la mer de la terrasse...Très proche de la plage de la Sauzaie. Très bon accueil de Nathalie. Petite station balnéaire très agréable ! Un tuyau d arrosage pour rincer les combinaisons. Peut être un barbecue plus fonctionnelle.

Magnifique séjour

Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de cette maison située près des plages et des dunes. Nous l'avons choisie pour son emplacement ainsi que son espace extérieur arboré. Mais c'est aussi une très belle maison, lumineuse, fonctionnelle. Elle est idéale pour une famille ou des amis. Le service Hoomy est très à l'écoute, réactif en cas de problème. Nous la relouerons avec plaisir.
