Carpenter Cottage - Renovated condo across from pond

Welcome! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this remodeled cozy retreat directly across the street from the pond, and down the road from Giant Steps main express ski lift, restaurants, and the general store. In Brian Head, you can enjoy year-round fun. During the snowy months there is skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, tubing, etc. During the warm months, there is mountain biking, hiking, ATVs, a park and playground, volleyball and basketball courts, and more!

Renovated two bedroom and two bathroom condo. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and private full bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a bunkbed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed above. There is an extra twin mattress located under the bunkbed to sleep a sixth person if needed. There are thermostats for heat and ceiling fans in each bedroom. The full kitchen is outfitted with a dishwasher, microwave, electric range, refrigerator, and various small appliances (coffee machine, toaster oven, crockpot, etc.). There is a breakfast bar with stunning view of the pond. There is also a dining room table (added Jan 2023) that can seat 6. Our cozy living room has a comfortable sectional and swivel chair, fireplace, and a smart flat screen TV with cable. This condo also contains a washer/dryer in the hallway closet.

Clean and fun mountain getaway!

Terrific mountain experience from a cozy setting! This home is a great place to set yourself up for a nice time in Brian Head with easy access to the town, and a nice aesthetic that adds to your stay. It is very clean and has cozy furniture, and it is in a quiet part of town to let you focus on your own company. The bedrooms are comfortable and the living space is warm and inviting. The view from the living space is beautiful towards the Giant Steps peak! Some quirks are that the unit being on the top floor makes for a bit of a hike, and there was a missing blanket that was supposedly in the living space but could not be found. The printed checkout instructions could also be updated to detail the return on the parking pass. Surely these will be remedied and overall the cottage is a fantastic experience!

Awesome cottage

Everything was fantastic and as described by the host. She was also easy to contact and proactive about providing info. Check out expectations were very reasonable.Only heads up is that it's in the 3rd floor so make sure everyone can handle climbing steps at 10k feet.

This place is a gem!!

This was our first time in Brian Head and had an awesome experience and wonderful stay. I loved that the cottage is within walking distance from the lifts and that they provide everything you need to cook or wash clothes. Definitely felt at home and will be coming back next season!

We Loved The Carpenter Cottage!

This is a gem of a place to stay if you are looking for a condo in Brian Head. Nicely furbished with modern upgraded amenities, a well stocked kitchen for longer stays, spacious layout, comfy, and cozy! All the appliances are nice and actually work. We loved having the fire place as it added that cozy cottage ambiance! Its definitely a 5star place to stay! Note: it is on the third floor which is nice if you dont mind climbing stairs! The view of Brian Head Village is excellent!

Awesome place and location

This was our first time in Brian Head and loved it. The property is located in a great spot and is also a shuttle stop. Make sure to use that shuttle as much as possible, especially in the winter. The condo was in great condition and clean. The beds were comfy and had tons of blankets if needed. Very comfortable place to be snowed in without anywhere to go. The pots and pans could use some updating, but those are minor things.

Cozy place to stay

The Carpenter Cottage was perfect for our family of four ski trip. The living room was so cozy with a large comfy couch and warm fire that was perfect after a day in the snow! The location of the property was seconds away from restaurants, shops and ski lifts. beautiful view of the snowy mountain too! We can't wait to book this place again for our annual trip to Brian Head ❤️
