Ski In/Out - 1st floor - clean & cozy "Cinema Condo"

Welcome to our “Cinema Condo”! After renting many places in Brian Head over several years, we purchased this unit and incorporated all the amenities we wanted into one fantastic vacation rental. Plus, we host a fun "Cinema" theme throughout, where you can test your movie knowledge and discover a variety of nostalgic film references in each room.

We are in Giant Steps Building 1 on the first floor. This is the closest ski-in / ski-out residential building on the mountain. You literally walk down the hall and can be at the Giant Steps Express lift in under 3 minutes. (Yes, we timed it… and if you are visiting in the summer and not carrying skis/snowboards through snow, you can get there in less than a minute.) The Snow Tubing Park is halfway between the Cinema Condo and the Giant Steps Express lift (a good 20 -30 second walk from our door). An epic sledding hill for the kids is also right outside, so feel free to use the sleds on our porch. After an awesome time out on the slopes, take the “Shotgun” trail down the mountain and ski/board or mountain bike back to the doorsteps of our building.

As you prepare your meals in our fully stocked kitchen, with an air fryer, crockpot, toaster, oven, and microwave - take turns playing the old-school Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) or "Back to the Future" monopoly with your friends and family. The "Office Space" working desk with a wall-attached monitor is also there if you need to get TPS reports or other work done during your stay.

Enjoy all your streaming platforms on our 4k TV while sitting by the fireplace... or explore the "Owner's Movie Essentials" selection of Blu-ray/DVDs curated by the owners (2 entertainment industry professionals). After playing Top Gun (on either the NES or TV), put on your bathing suit and stop by the photo of "The Hustler" (Paul Newman) as you exit... because that’s where you’ll find the pool cues. Then head down to the Community Clubhouse for some fun and relaxation. Play billiards, ping pong, or air hockey, then relax in the sauna or slide into the hot tub. Now that everyone feels perfectly splendid, light up a fire and play some games or debate about the movies we've put into our movie essentials collection. We LOVE this place and use it often. We hope you will feel the same way!
