The staff was great! However this place is very run down. Rooms were not clean, carpet in the hallway is humped up and stained, shower floor had black spots, shower head was filthy, dirt on the walls, stains on the curtains and bedding, furniture was falling apart.

Policy to offer housekeeping every 3 days was only told to me when I complained to front desk that trash needed emptied and bathroom towels needed changed. Problem with TV shutting off, staff showed up and attempted to fix but unsuccessful. Good part was the breakfast which was better than most places we’ve stayed.

Nice hotel

Room overall was great, something of mine was knocked off the counter in bath and it could have used cleaning underneath. Ordinarily I wouldn’t have been looking there to retrieve the item. Staff were nice. Common area nice for relaxing. Didn’t have pet but someone brought a dog in breakfast area which didn’t need to occur.

While the beds and pillows were comfortable the rooms really need updating. There were multiple pieces of furniture with tears and the toilet had not been cleaned.

Relaxing hotel with nearby restaurants and shops

This was a great place to stay for our Grafton Family Reunion. We really enjoyed sitting out back at the end of the days we were here.

The hotel was in a good location. The room was ok but the shower had a large crack in it which was patched with caulk. Breakfast was lacking. The coffee maker was broken, no fresh fruit, and bread was stale. The waffle maker did work and was good. Common areas smelled of bleach like elevator. The sprinkler in a common area was leaking onto the floor. Only had 3 silverware for the room and a hair on the kitchen towel and dishes. Our particular room refrigerator would not open all the way because of the door and then had to be moved to close because it would be blocked by the countertop. The refrigerator had wear marks indicating this was common in this room.
