Just 5 minutes to Woodstock, 10 minutes to the Killington Skyeship Base Lodge, 15 minutes to GMHA, 25 minutes to Okemo, and 30 min to the VT State Fair, this private studio with 1 queen bed is the perfect landing spot.

The Space:
NOTE: You must climb exterior stairs to 2nd floor to reach this unit. Please be very careful when going up and down the stairs because in the winter it can be icy.

We do allow larger parties to book multiple units at once. Please message us if you're looking to book multiple units to host a larger group.

This studio is one of 4 and shares a communal hallway but is otherwise private and provides enough space to feel right at home. Enjoy the property's communal 3 season covered porch, large backyard with fire pit, and across-the-street access to views of the Ottauquechee River.

PLEASE NOTE:
✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.

Guest Access:
Once parked, you'll have a code to the communal door under the "Guest Rooms" sign. Go outside through the hallway and from the covered porch, turn right and walk up the stairs. You'll be able to access your unit with a unique code we'll provide before check-in. You won't have access to any other units or the main house/front porch, but you will have access to the communal covered porch, backyard, firepit, and area across the street by the river.

Please respect our other guests and neighbors by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times, particularly if you are in the backyard fire pit.

The Neighborhood:
Right on Rt 4 in Bridgewater, VT, you will be nearby to local favorites Ramunto's and Long Trail Brewery and neighbor to fellow inn owners and residents. Please respect our other guests and neighbors by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times, particularly if you are in the backyard fire pit.

Getting Around:
Right on US Rt 4 with easy access to Killington, Woodstock and Okemo. Corner Store is 1.3 miles away for gas and any convenient needs.

Other Things to Note:
FYI, booking includes and is protected by our damage protection program.

We use a Ring doorbell camera on the exterior of the property. We do not actively monitor the Ring cameras unless there is an incident. This technology is in place to protect the privacy of our neighbors and to keep you safe.

Quiet hours begin at 9PM, no exceptions. This home has 5 units and is located between our lovely neighbors so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times. If you are on the covered porch or in the yard after 9pm please keep your voices down and music off. Any disturbances to our neighbors will result in immediate check-out.

Note: You have to be at least 25 years old to book.

Please note that during the winter season, parking restrictions may apply to ensure snow removal and safety. For detailed guidelines, refer to the pictures in our House Manual. We’re here to ensure your stay is seamless and comfortable!

Perfect Location not far from many places

We really loved the location because we wanted to be close to Bridgewater Corners where our son just purchased a property. We loved the “Two Queens” unit and appreciated all the attention to detail with kitchen appliances, separate entrance, covered deck, available parking and very nicely landscaped side yard. Hoping to be able to stay there again this fall when we come back to VT to visit family and experience the VT fall season. Location made it so easy to go to many fun restaurants from the Inn. Really felt like we found the best place for our VT getaway. Thank you very much
