Upon entering our Regency apartment, you'll be greeted by the character of the past; with charming original features. The space is a harmonious blend of old-world charm and contemporary design, offering a stylish, cosy and inviting atmosphere.
Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: A spacious and serene retreat featuring a comfortable King Sized bed, large windows that flood the room with natural light, ample storage space and a desk in the window for a quiet work space
Please bring your own laptop. The laptop shown will not be left in the property.
Living Area:
The living room is a cosy haven for relaxation, furnished with a sofa bed and a chair with enough comfortable seating for three, a TV, and a feature fireplace. It's the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the vibrant city.
Kitchen & Dining Area:
The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the modern amenities you need to prepare a delicious meal or a quick snack. A dining area provides a comfortable space for meals in the lounge with a view of the garden through the patio doors, and seating for two.
Bathroom:
The character charm extends through the apartment right through to the bathroom.
Garden & Patio:
The outside space is perfect for a coffee or a glass of wine when the weather permits
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a convenience store a couple of minutes walk away.
Guest will have access to the entire property.
This is a basement flat.

A fee of £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to the cleaner’s schedule

• Regency Square Car Park – Large 24-hour multi-storey pay-on-exit car park right on Regency Square. Typical rates are about £9–£10 for ~2 hrs, higher for longer stays, or evening/night rates are cheaper.
• Regency Mews Secure Car Parking Brighton – Smaller secure, attended parking nearby (pre-booking recommended, staff on-site). It’s often a good option if you want secure short- or long-stay parking.
Free or cheaper street parking:
• Pay & display street bays around Regency Square – Some on-street spaces offer up to 2 hours free if you’re within the pay zone and Park & Display restrictions apply (free outside controlled hours too).
• Evening/night street parking – Many “permit holders only” or pay & display spaces around Regency Square become free after around 20:00 and before ~09:00 (check signs when you park).
• Single yellow lines on nearby streets – Outside restricted times (often evening & Sundays) you may be able to park for free on single yellow lines — always check local signage first.
Tips:
• Street parking in central Brighton is limited and often paid or permit-controlled, especially during the day — so arriving early helps.
• Free parking options (like Marina or retail park short-stay free spaces) are further out and may involve a walk or bus ride into Regency Square.
• Pre-booking secure or private spaces via apps (e.g., JustPark) can be cheaper and more reliable for busy days.

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
