The Amora has a great breakfast buffet, the room was fine and the service was great but staff not always intuitive. We arrived and asked about where to park and we got the card with directions but failed to give us a voucher with the QR code, so my husband ended up using his credit card which cost ~$80 instead of $40 through the hotel! Thankfully we got a credit from the hotel for the cost but they could have saved the pain by being intuitive enough if someone is asking about where to park on check in maybe ask if they need the QR code! Added to issues with our accessible room booking which the staff were good at resolving, but they need to address the reason the issues happen in the first place.

The Front Desk staff etc. were all excellent. The only issue I had was that on two separate days I was treading on peanuts that must have been left on the floor from previous guests. Obviously from the mini bar. Other than that everything was excellent and it was a very enjoyable stay.
