Check-in was through a lockbox even though it wasn’t after hours, and I couldn’t reach reception at all during our stay. The TV remote had flat batteries, and the bathroom window had no lock, which made the room feel unsafe, especially while traveling with my kids.

Self check in easy peasy. Definitely a budget hotel but clean and comfy beds. Bathroom dated and needs a bit of TLC. Very noisy both from upstairs guests and the road but really convenient to the airport especially on 3 hours sleep because the guests upstairs are stampeding buffalo1 May be overpriced for the offering but I did have to book a triple room for one person as there was nothing else available.

Our room had a bit of a bad smell. Some utensils and kitchenware were missing from the room and there was no tea towel or cloth to wipe up kitchen spills which was a bit of an inconvenience. And through no fault of the hotel, some other guests upstairs had a loud argument in the middle of the night which made us feel a bit unsafe.

Hmmm? A plastic hair net over the fire alarm, held on with a females' hair tie, was something I didn't expect. Not sure if done by a previous stoner and staff's attempt to "fix" the fire system?????

Given that it is a motel, it is fine for transport options, but not amazing for public transport. It is pretty close to the airport though which is good for an early morning flight. The motel itself is fine as well, not amazing. The room is big. It is clean. There are plenty of storage space as well. And I like it having a big table to put stuff on or simply use my laptop. The toilet is small though comparing with the size of the room so it is just enough. Didn't see any staff at all during the whole stay so no comment of services. Overall, it is decent.
