The door to the balcony was open when i entered the room. No quilt or blanket. I could hear people chatting outside my room at 8.30 9pm and again in the morning 6am

Good basic accommodation close to the airport. The only reason it is a lower rating is if you have a car higher than about 180cm, you will scrape the top of your car going out

Look… despite some negative reviews I found the room clean and great value for money. No issues checking in. Very close to great restaurants near by and only 5 mins to the ferry right into the cbd (50cents). It’s definitely not 5 stars but cbd hotels were $500 per night on and this place was $150. No comparison!
