I found this to be a good, family friendly hotel with a convenient restaurant that offers hearty meals and a pleasant atmosphere. The family-sized room I booked was very comfortable and spacious. The hotel is adjacent to waterside parkland, is close to shops, and offers a good base to explore the island from.

We stayed at this hotel because of a concert held there. The music was way too loud in that small place and made us leave early as it was impacting on our hearing. The volume would've been good for an outdoor event. We did like the continential breakfast pack on check-in.

Nice accommodation, right across the road from the beach, good for a walk to relax after a long day. Room was nice and clean, very comfortable bed. Breakfast pack was included, basic but good for light breakfast. Hotel had great food.

There was nothing i liked. No one at counter to welcome you, you were made to feel insignificant. Then the room had the flushing button not working on the toilet, so had to change rooms. Went to have a shower, no shampoo, conditioner, bath gel etc so had to get dressed again and go back to reception to get some, once again tiresome after a long drive. The room cost $338 for 1 night, its old, dirty, cutains hanging off their clips, windows filthy outdoor chairs on terrace disgusting. This area of the hotel is 50yrs old and shows it, never been fixed up, lighting in bathroom shocking. Im disgusted that they think they have the right to charge an exhorbadent amount for such rundown horrible accommodation. I as a travel agent will make sure my clients never book there.

Lovely place to stay & well located beside the dining areas. Was surprised there was no option to have the room made up each day. Also, the driveway to the rooms is in such poor condition with potholes. Really let's the place down.

There was a dirty (stinky) towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door and outside area (patio) looked like it hadn’t been swept for 6 months, although sheets and towels were clean and bed comfortable enough.

Just right for 2 nights rest and escape

Staff were all friendly and helpful . Welcomed and given unexpected breakfast packs. Appreciated the microwave Netflix etc. Meals included seniors meals bistro and take away.
