Was a good clean room and the view was very nice, however it didn't really have much in the kitchen to be able to use it. We had to buy EVERYTHING (salt, pepper, oil, etc). Stocking the most basic cooking items would be nice. While we did have two small milks in the ice box, there was no tea or coffee.

Excellent check in, location, space in apartment was amazing! Views were great. We had visited before and used pools etc but this time time didn’t permit. Comfy beds and good showers.

I wouldn't stay there again, the check-in process took too long, and one of the lifts was not working, causing lengthy delays just to get to your room. The carpets need replacing; they are stained and stretched.

Stayed here in march was a much better experience then. Just little thing's like broken door to balcony no safe to store valuables. Staff were very hard to understand what they were saying. And with broken ribs we had to park a few buildings down and walk back which wouldnt of been an issue if i didnt have fractured ribs.

The light throughout the whole apartment is surprising- in the sense that the location, apartment and the view are gorgeous, and the lighting(white light, not warm) was quite “painful’. You could make it so much better with warm lighting.we didnt even want to turn them on;-)

View wasn't worth the money

We came for the River Fire and were shown a room with a great view in the photos. But despite paying top dollarfor a room that is worth much less ordinarily we did not get the view shown in the pictures and it was not worth the price we paid. We could just barely see the river and we could see only 2 firework launchers out of the 50+. Even worse we stayed three nights but they gave the room closer to the river to a couple that only stayed one night. I spoke to them and they paid the same as us for the Saturday night. So the 1 night guests get the better room? Not the 3 night guests? And to top it all off the spa was cold. We thought maybe it would heat up so we ran it for about half an hour. But no, it just stayed cold. Considering we paid about double the normal rate based on the spa and the view I feel ripped off.

The room was very dark, the floor was quite dirty, and there was an unpleasant smell. It definitely did not feel worth the price. The only positive thing was the view, which was relatively nice.

Fantastic location and wonderful views but we were shocked and disgusted in the first room we were given which had a filthy stained couch and carpets. Next room was better but still old, tired, a bit grubby uncomfortable furniture. It could have been so much better with some new furnishings. Beds comfortable and the rest of the place clean. Very noisy even on the 24th floor. Fantastic gym, pool and entertainment area. Easy parking.
