🛏 Bedrooms

• Master Bedroom – Queen-sized bed, blackout curtains, built-in robe, air-conditioning, and ensuite bathroom

• Second Bedroom – Two single beds, built-in robe, and ceiling fan

• Extra Sleeping Option – We offer an extra hotel-style bed with a foam mattress and 5 cm comforter, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to five guests.



💡 Note on Bedding, Configuration & Fees.

The standard setup includes one queen bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom.

For standard stays using only the master and second bedrooms, no extra charges apply. However, if the sofa bed is used (even when only two guests are staying), an additional $35 fee will be charged to cover the cost of extra bed linens.



👶 Families with Infants

A baby crib (portable cot) is available upon request for an additional $35 per stay. Please let us know in advance so we can have it prepared for your arrival.

A high chair is also available free of charge, but it must be requested in advance as we don’t keep all high chairs stored in the apartments due to limited space.

🧴 Starter toiletries & cleaning supplies provided for arrival

🚫 No parties or events – $500 cleaning fee plus up to $3,000 fine for violations

🔇 Quiet hours: 9 pm–7 am – excessive noise may incur $1,000 fine and possible early termination of stay

🚭 No smoking anywhere on the property – extra cleaning fees apply for violations

🔑 Lost keys – Replacement cost $500 plus delivery charges; locksmith fees plus GST if required

🧺 No towel or linen changes during stay unless pre-arranged (fees apply). 1 bath towel per guest (No pool towel provided).

🎒 Luggage storage & early check-in subject to availability and may incur fees.
