The apartment in which I stayed was well-appointed, though I could only access Netflix, no free to air TV stations. My colleagues staying in nearby apartments reported that neither of their front doors would lock, despite repeated attempts to turn the lock - their doors simply opened upon being pushed - so they felt quite unsafe, especially as the weekend was a big sporting event in the city - LOADS of people around. Awkward parking conditions meant we had to exit the underground car park, park the car illegally, run into the foyer to deposit the keys in the box before then leaving the complex. Surely this could be rethought. Issues with rubbish collection as well - a few 'forthright' signs around warning residents and visitors about that.

Terrible aircon throughout the dining and kitchen and no aircon in the bathroom, no reception over the weekend so the issue was not resolved. Apartment was unclean. Overall wouldn’t stay again.

I arrived at 3.25pm to find the room a mess. The room had not been cleaned, a terrible smell of 'old meat' dirty towels on the floor, messed up bed. Dishwasher full of dirty dishes. I called the after hours number to be told there was a delay in housekeeping but would be done asap.I asked if I could just have towels to shower... I waited two hours before I called again. No communication from the hotel.After a busy day all I wanted was a shower...but still nothing... We had to cancel our dinner plans, without enough time to make our reservation. Cleaners finally turned up, but the room was not ready until nearly 6pm. I emailed the property but after one week no response. Very disappointed as this was meant to be a nice stay in the city and turned to be a waste of a fair amount of money.

We have never stayed in a property in such bad customer support and stay. We had got to Spire residence which we had booked 4 rooms each room to have 2 beds. We had travelled almost 12-15 hours to come to a 1 bedroom room not 1 but all 4 rooms. Only had received 1 key per room but had requested atleast 2 per room. Made a call out which charged me $250 for the call out. TRIED CONTACTING CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND AFTER HOURS WHICH SAID AT THE RECPTION FOR MULTIPLE DAYS NO ONE COULD HELP ME FOR ANYTHING. Absolutely a disaster of a vacancy

Needs improvement

The view is incredible. Being in the CBD on a week d there was a lot of noise from outside, the windows are not double glazed and there is a fire station nearby, so lots of sirens all day and night. The kitchen is very poorly stocked, not even a cutting board and no champagne glasses or red wine glasses. The pillows were uncomfortable. The front desk staff are great.

Firstly the code they give me in email for out door not working secondly the wifi password on the welcome later was wrong have to find the modem and connect the wifi third they dont have option to add parking at the property
