This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

- Once completed, you`ll receive your check-in instructions, digital house guide, local recommendations, and the option to request early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and additional fees).

During Your Stay
- Our home is located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood, so we kindly ask that you respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
- To ensure everyone enjoys a relaxing stay, parties, events, commercial activities and excessive noise are not permitted.
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property.

A Few Housekeeping Notes
- We ask guests to treat the property with care. Any damage, missing items, lost keys or excessive cleaning required after your stay may incur additional charges.
- Serious breaches of the house rules may result in your reservation being cancelled without a refund.
- If you need to cancel your booking, refunds will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy that applies to your reservation. Please note that any applicable credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
