Comfortable,excellent location-just needs updating

The apartment is well equipped and comfortable, with hair dryer, iron, and kitchenette. Bed very comfortable. The balcony is spacious and if you’re at the side or back offers great views if the city. Plenty of hot water and a powerful shower. Location is excellent, 800m from Kangaroo Point cliffs, one minute walk from nearest bus stop and five minutes from Mowbray Park ferry stop. Supermarket nearby. There’s no doubt that the apartment is shabby and needs updating but for the price this is an excellent choice for a stay in Brisbane

The property is a bit older so shower over bath etc. but it was roomy, bed was comfortable, loved the lounge chairs, good sized fridge and nice balcony. It was perfectly located for our visit to the Gabba to watch football. We would definitely stay there again if needed.

Our shower put water all over the floor getting clothes wet & a huge trip hazard. Large black hair on shower wall - we're both fair haired! Booked a studio apartment in order to have breakfast there before hitting the road, no toaster but you can use a stovetop?? Wouldn't recommend

The location was convenient. The restaurant was especially nice. I asked for (and paid for) one of the rollaway beds for my son who was staying one night. It was as hard as concrete. The walls of the room I was in need painting as they had been patched but not finished. There were several tiles missing in the bathroom near the toilet. The staff were very friendly, helpful, nice and accommodating. It was generally quiet apart from the very loud woman upstairs who was obviously under the influence of 'something'. Fortunately, she was there just one night. IF I stayed again, I would likely pack ear plugs. I appreciate the people upstairs probably don't realise how heavy they were walking as well.

This was the second time we stayed here for the NRL Magic Round weekend and its very convenient with shops, pubs and cafes nearby. Not a far trip using Uber to get to and from the City aswell.

We stayed a total of 4 nights and the only thing in our room changed was towels ONCE! We had to use the same towels for 3 days as each time we came back the reception was closed. Bed was never made not even an attempt to tidy. I always keep the rooms clean but this was very disappointing.

A Budget priced hotel. The Fridge was hardly working. Several marks and scratches on the walls. It is obvious that it has been a long time since any capital improvements by the owner(s). You get what you pay for. Reasonable, considering the price.
