We had a nice stay here, the hotel is in a quiet location a short walk away from the town centre and waterfront. Breakfast was not overwhelming with choice but nice enough with options for different food preferences. Staff are lovely. The room was very clean and beds comfy.

Fabulous hotel

Overnight stay , hotel was lovely, clean, comfortable, great food and friendly staff. Although only a short walk into the main drag it was also beautifuly quiet. Will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Great stay

We extended our stay, it was very easy to leave our bags even though the new room was different. Breakfast was fantastic with a great range of gluten free options. The executive room had a coffee machine and a mini fridge with complimentary items which was a nice touch, also 2 pillows on the bed.

Excellent stay for 3 adults, last minute trip. Fab location, friendly staff. Good size single bed as well as double which was nice when staying. Bathroom was huge!

Let down by poor housekeeping i.e. tea tray glasses and cups grubby, and room unserviced despite neighbouring rooms being done; we left the housekeeping sign out 10:30-17:45 and HK was promised if we left the room again before 18:00 - which we did - but sadly returned to no change). This was a shame as in-house breakfast was great (although a take away breakfast for an early checkout was a little disappointing). Tanya on front desk was great too.

quick one day trip for a graduation. everything was good except the location of the bedroom. it was a long long walk away and didnt make sense. the kettle also needed cleaning but that's the only thing.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Getting to our room on the 6th floor was a bit of a hassle, we had to take 2 different elevators and walk a maze that seemed to take forever. This made running back up to the room for anything a negative.
