Very nice New facility. I've stayed at other Hard Rock Hotels and have had a good experience with all of them. I would stay here again if I'm in the area.

Second time staying at Hard Rock. Dinner at Council Oak Steakhouse, deluxe king room and room service breakfast...great experience and facilities! Only complaint is $12/day valet charge ($10 if Unity member). Perhaps, no fee if staying at the hotel or $5/day would be acceptable. And, the valet staff wasn't terribly helpful in explaining how to pay at the kiosk either. And, the slow entry into the casino area (only one scanner available and the employee manning it wasn't the most friendly as we entered). Overall, Hard Rock Live event center was spacious with great sound system and video boards. Room was comfortable, well-equipped/amenitied. Nice LED lights too. Council Oak dinner was delicious and service was wonderful. Overall, a great stay!

Not impressed, inconvenient

I am disappointed that we were not told that this place is not family friendly at all. None of the sit down restaurants allow guests under 20, not even the Hard Rock Cafe! And to top it off after we checked into our room and wanted to go grab a bite at the Marketplace food hall we were told there was no walking path from the Hotel to the Food Court with a child. We had to go back into our car and drive around the back of the building to another entrance. VERY inconvenient and this should have been disclosed when booking. At least have a shuttle to take us. We stayed 2 nights and the morning after our first night I put the sign on for Housekeeping to make up at room at 6:45AM, we returned after a long day at 8:50 PM and the room was never made up. I then had to call for towels before we could settle in for the night. It was a Wednesday and Thursday night, certianly not peak times. Service was below par and we will not stay again. We have stayed at 3 other Hard Rock Hotels throughout the world and this one does not deserve the name.

Big comfy rooms with giant TV, free wifi, good coffee. Valet parking was affordable and friendly. Lots of food options including a 24 hour coffee shop. Every staff member that we met was amazing. The gym is off of the pool and is well equipped with lots of circuit machines. Towels and bottled water are provided for pool and gym. The pool is worth the visit. It is an indoor/outdoor heated pool that you can swim through. The water was 85° when I was there. Outside temp was in the 40°s so the steam pillowing off the water in clouds was pretty as the sun set. There is a lovely attendant at the pool to assure fresh towels and offer waters. They let me know the water temps as I arrived. The outdoor hot tub looked to seat 10 or so and I was told it was 110°.

The pool and jacuzzi closed at 7pm which was very depressing after traveling all day and arriving in the evening, it was the whole reason I chose the hotel. And the rooms don’t have microwaves and Luke warm water for showers

The Hard Rock in Bristol was easily the nicest casino we’ve been to in the Southeast and only a few hours drive from where we live. The casino was well-equipped with many table games and slot machines, the decor was fabulous and the staff went out of their way to be welcoming! It doesn’t hurt that we left the Hard Rock with more money than we came with and super happy about our winnings playing Roulette and the slots! We ate at the Hard Rock Cafe and the food was out of this world! I had the best mushrooms/swiss burger and also tried the twisted mac-n-cheese (highly recommend!). They had live music in multiple areas of the casino, and I’ve been told that every weekend offers live bands, which is great entertainment while gaming. We stayed in the hotel on Friday night and can honestly say that the room was beautiful, the staff accommodating and we can’t wait to visit again soon!
