Our apartment is ideal for a couple with a child, a business traveler, or a group of friends. With its convenient location, you can enjoy the city’s tranquility while staying close to the center.
As soon as you walk in, you’ll be charmed by the modern decor and spacious rooms. The living room, with its large picture window, is the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The apartment is also fully air-conditioned.

The apartment is located on the first floor and consists of:

- A LIVING ROOM: Enjoy a large, comfortable sofa, perfect for TV nights, and high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected.

- A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You’ll find: stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and everything you need for cooking.

- A QUIET BEDROOM: A queen-size bed (160x200cm) with high-quality bedding and a dressing area.

- A SECOND BEDROOM: A sofa bed (130x200cm) with a large walk-in closet.

- A MODERN BATHROOM: Relax under a spacious walk-in shower. Towels and a hair dryer are provided. You can also travel light, as a washing machine is available at the property, along with everything you need to dry and iron your clothes.

- A BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE TERRACE: Enjoy your morning coffee or evenings with friends on the terrace, which offers complete privacy.


## Access

Access to the apartment is simple and flexible. You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself so you can feel right at home. The apartment is located on the first floor and does not have an elevator.

SELF-CHECK-IN: You can check in independently starting at 3 PM using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet at the time of your arrival.

PARKING: The apartment has a parking spot within the building complex. You can also park very easily on the boulevard in front of the building.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: You’re ideally located to explore the city. You’ll find bus stops right outside the building. The train station is a 15-minute walk away. Plus, you’re just a 10-minute walk from the city center.

## Notes

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of the following important information:
HOUSE RULES: The property is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Please be considerate of the neighbors between 10 PM and 8 AM.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 3:00 PM / Check-out by 10:00 AM. Flexibility may be possible depending on availability; please feel free to ask us. For any check-out between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM, a surcharge of €10 per hour will apply.
CLEANING: Cleaning fees include a thorough cleaning of the accommodation as well as the provision of bed linens and household linens.
DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be charged to your account but will be pre-authorized.
DIGITAL WELCOME GUIDE: A digital welcome guide will be sent to you as soon as your reservation is confirmed. To access this guide, you will need to enter your contact information, accept the house rules, and upload a copy of your ID.
