April Cottage is a delightful bolthole located at Furzeham in Brixham with fantastic sea views and across to Brixham harbour. Seals are often spotted in the sea. The property is in a great elevated position overlooking Furzeham Green and views of the famous multi-coloured houses and a 15 minute walk into the main town. Brixham is still a working Fisherman's Town with award winning restaurants to eat and enjoy the locally caught fish of the day, cafes and live music in the evenings.


April Cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms. The ground floor offers an open plan living room with views looking out to sea and harbour and a dining area that leads to the spacious kitchen to the rear of the house. You can access to the rear garden via the kitchen, a lovely space to enjoy some evening quiet time and a glass of wine or a bbq. On the first floor is the family bathroom, the master bedroom, second and third bedroom.
