Steps with a handrail lead you down from street level to the half level basement front door. As you enter, you’ll be greeted by a large entrance hallway with ample hanging space for coats, storage for shoes and space for buckets and spades. The hall entrance leads you into the main living space, a stylish lounge adorned with two plush sofas, there is also a dining area in the bay seating up to 6, and an electric log burner that adds warmth and charm. Stay connected with superfast WiFi or unwind with your favourite shows on the smart TV, equipped with catch up TV and streaming channels like Netflix. You will need to log in to your own accounts! There is also a DVD system and a selection of CD's and DVD's. Enjoy quality time with loved ones with an assortment of books and board games available for your entertainment.

The modern kitchen is a culinary delight, featuring high-end Bosch appliances, including a dishwasher and washer/dryer, plus a Tassimo Vivy2 coffee machine for your morning brew. We also provide an iron and ironing board.

Travelling by road: The M20 and M2 motorways provide easy links from London into Thanet.

Due to the prime seafront location of the apartment parking in the direct vicinity is paid for, however there is unrestricted street parking with-in a 5-10 min walk (0.2-0.5 miles).

Broadstairs train station is short walk 10-15 min walk down the high st and is regularly served by South Eastern High Speed services travelling to/from London St Pancras as well as trains from London Victoria. The train from London St Pancras takes 80-90 minutes and a little longer from Victoria, and it’s just 50 minutes from Ashford International station

The National Express runs a national network of coach services. Coaches run from London Victoria to various stops in Thanet and take approximately 2 hours.

Frequent bus services: The Thanet Loop serves Margate, Cliftonville, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Westwood Cross.

There are many local reasonalbly priced taxi companies serving Thanet.
