Flintback Cottage is a beautiful holiday home located in the heart of the charming town of Broadstairs a minute from the sea. The cottage boasts a warm and inviting atmosphere and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests, making it perfect for families or groups of friends.
The property features three well-appointed bedrooms, two of which have comfortable twin beds and the master boasting a king size bed and ensuite. Three reception areas and a beautiful courtyard garden works.....
We are a family run business and available on airbnb message, text, email, watsapp or phone when required. We are only based a few minutes away by car and have a team of staff to help out with any questions. We ask that unless an emergency please do not phone before or after 7pm but message anytime and our response time is usually a few minutes.

Named “Flintback Cottage” solely due to the fact that the rear of the cottage is made of flint, the property comprises three bedrooms, two of which feature comfortable double beds and one with two twin beds, providing ample sleeping space for all guests. There are also two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, ensuring that everyone can get ready for the day in comfort.
The standout feature of Flintback Cottage is its delightful courtyard boutique garden. Enclosed by brick walls and featuring attractive potted plants and garden furniture, this outdoor space provides the perfect spot for relaxing with a book or enjoying an alfresco meal in the evening or maybe even a bbq.
Inside, the cottage is full of character and features, including exposed brick walls, wooden original floors and a charming wood burning fire in the living room (Being Installed for April 2023). The décor is tasteful and understated, creating a comfortable and homely environment that is perfect for a relaxing break away. The living room features comfortable seating and a TV, while the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine.
The cottage is also ideally located for exploring the local area. Just a short stroll from the seafront, guests can enjoy easy access to the sandy beaches and coastal walks that make this part of the world so special. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby, providing a wide range of entertainment options for all ages.
