Blue Water Ridge is a stunning escape featuring 2 luxurious king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a spacious bunk room with twin-over-queen bunks. A queen sofa sleeper and nearby full bath offer extra room for guests, making it easy to accommodate everyone in your group. Inside, you’ll find a warm fireplace, a beautifully appointed living area, and a soaking tub in the master bath for those long, relaxing evenings. Outside, enjoy your own private heated pool, bubbling hot tub, expansive deck, and all the space you need to unwind, from yard games to peaceful forest views.

Just a short distance away, Way Back When is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom cabin that blends rustic charm with modern amenities. Two king suites, a bunk room, and a cozy upstairs game loft with shuffleboard make it perfect for families and larger groups. The fully equipped kitchen and open living space make mealtimes a breeze, while the outdoor area shines with a private pool, hot tub, fire pit, and covered seating ideal for relaxing or entertaining. Surrounded by tall trees and golden sunsets, this cabin provides the perfect setting for memory-making in every season.

Both cabins are ideally located in Broken Bow, close to the area's best attractions. -Pool heat is $150 per night per cabin (i.e. $150 for 1 cabin, $300 for both cabins) and must be on for the duration of your stay. The pool heat fee is specifically to cover the costs associated with heating the pool.

★ DOGS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy with a maximum of 2 dogs per cabin with a total of 4 allowed. A pet fee of $150 per cabin is required.

★ NO DOGS ALLOWED IN THE POOL ★
Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Cameras will be reviewed if there are signs of a dog being in the pool upon check out. A fee for the additional pool clean will be charged to the guest.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ EV CHARGER INFO ★
The best option for EV charging is at the Choctaw Casino, which offers multiple fast charging stations. Please note this property does NOT have an EV Charger.

★ NOISE ORDINANCE ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

★ A NOTE ON YOUR WOODLAND ESCAPE ★
We are thrilled to share our slice of nature with you! Because this home is nestled in the heart of the woods, please keep in mind that you are visiting a thriving ecosystem. While the peace and privacy are unmatched, "vacationing in the woods" comes with a few natural quirks:
- Wildlife: It is common to see deer, turkeys, and squirrels. Occasionally, larger neighbors like raccoons may pass through. Please keep all food indoors and dispose of trash in the secured bins provided to avoid uninvited dinner guests.
- The "Bug" Factor: We maintain a professional pest control schedule; however, the occasional spider, beetle, ladybug, or wasp may find their way inside—especially during rain or seasonal shifts. These "woodland friends" are simply part of the forest experience.
- Spring Pollen Disclaimer: If you are visiting during the spring, please be aware that the forest is in full bloom! A fine dusting of yellow pollen on outdoor furniture and decks is common during this time. Guests with sensitivities may want to come prepared.
- Keeping doors and screens closed will help keep the great outdoors exactly where it belongs—outdoors!

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of the forest.

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.

- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee

- Pool heat must be turned on or off for the entire stay (cannot be adjusted daily).
- Pool heating must be requested and paid at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival.
- Please note: Pool heaters can generally only increase the water temperature by about 30°F above the outside air temperature.

*** Late Requests ***
- Requests made within 48 hours of arrival or after check-in will be subject to a $50 surcharge.
- Last-minute pool heating requests can only be handled between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

*** Fees & Refunds ***
- Pool heating fees are non-refundable as they cover the cost of running the pool heater, regardless of weather conditions or usage.

*** Weather Limitations ***
- If the outside temperature drops below 32°F at night, pool heating will not be available.
- Pool heaters are not equipped to operate in freezing conditions, and requests during such times will be declined.

- Pool heat must be turned on or off for the entire stay (cannot be adjusted daily).
- Pool heating must be requested and paid at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival.
- Pools will be heated to a maximum of 84°F.
- Please note: Pool heaters can generally only increase the water temperature by about 30°F above the outside air temperature.

- Requests made within 48 hours of arrival or after check-in will be subject to a $50 surcharge.
- Last-minute pool heating requests can only be handled between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

*** Weather Limitations ***
-In extreme cold weather, typically between December and February, the pool heat is less effective—especially when temperatures go below 60 degrees. We recommend utilizing the hot tub as an alternative during cold weather. Pool heating cannot be used when the weather is below 60 degrees
- Pool heaters are not equipped to operate in freezing conditions, and requests during such times will be declined.
