Please note that this property has 5 bedrooms, but this listing is for occupancy and usage of 4 bedrooms. You will have exclusive access to the entire space, ensuring privacy, but we kindly ask that only 4 bedrooms be used during your stay. This allows us to keep cleaning costs down and reduce wear and tear, offering you a more competitive rate. If you need access to the fifth bedroom, feel free to message us or check out our listing for the full 5-bedroom option. If additional rooms are used without prior arrangement, a fee of $75/night per extra bedroom will apply.

Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ ELECTRIC VEHICLE INFORMATION ★
The best option for EV charging is at the Choctaw Casino, which offers multiple fast charging stations. Please note this property does NOT have an EV Charger.

★ NOISE ORDINANCE ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

★ A NOTE ON YOUR WOODLAND ESCAPE ★
We are thrilled to share our slice of nature with you! Because this home is nestled in the heart of the woods, please keep in mind that you are visiting a thriving ecosystem. While the peace and privacy are unmatched, "vacationing in the woods" comes with a few natural quirks:
- Wildlife: It is common to see deer, turkeys, and squirrels. Occasionally, larger neighbors like raccoons may pass through. Please keep all food indoors and dispose of trash in the secured bins provided to avoid uninvited dinner guests.
- The "Bug" Factor: We maintain a professional pest control schedule; however, the occasional spider, beetle, ladybug, or wasp may find their way inside—especially during rain or seasonal shifts. These "woodland friends" are simply part of the forest experience.
- Spring Pollen Disclaimer: If you are visiting during the spring, please be aware that the forest is in full bloom! A fine dusting of yellow pollen on outdoor furniture and decks is common during this time. Guests with sensitivities may want to come prepared.
- Keeping doors and screens closed will help keep the great outdoors exactly where it belongs—outdoors!

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of the forest.
