The cabin is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.
★ DOGS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy with a maximum of 2 dogs. A pet fee of $150 is required.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.
★ ELECTRIC VEHICLE INFORMATION ★
The best option for EV charging is at the Choctaw Landing or Gutter Chaos, which offers multiple fast charging stations. Please note this property does NOT have an EV Charger.

Spacious driveway for a few vehicles, a boat, and a trailer
★ NOISE ORDINANCE ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of the forest.

This property is located off a gravel road.

Check-in/out: Check-in 4:00 PM; check-out 11:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out (2 hours) may be available for $50 each; subject to availability; message to request.

Managed by The Bear Cabins in BB, LLC. Host support by text/message/call during your stay. After booking, please complete the pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign the rental agreement. Contactless self check-in; door code sent 3 days before arrival.
