Northwoods Cabin is a family-friendly retreat with plenty of space to spread out and make lasting memories. Nestled on two scenic acres, this four-bedroom cabin comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests. Downstairs, the master suite offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. Upstairs, two additional king bedrooms and a kid-friendly bunk room with a twin and bunk bed provide more space for everyone. There’s even a futon on the landing for extra guests. In the spacious kitchen, you’ll find a large breakfast bar, two refrigerators, and all the cookware needed to keep everyone well-fed.

The living room’s soaring vaulted ceilings frame a wall of windows that invite the outdoors inside, creating the perfect backdrop for relaxation. Outside, guests can explore the private two-acre lot, fish at the catch-and-release pond, unwind on the deck, or enjoy a soak in the hot tub. Competitive spirits will love the foosball table, and evenings are best spent gathered around the fire pit, sharing stories and laughter. With easy parking and a pet-friendly policy, Northwoods Cabin makes sure everyone in the family—pups included—feels right at home.

Located near the entrance to Beavers Bend State Park, the cabin offers easy access to Broken Bow Lake for boating, fishing, and outdoor adventures. Whether renting a boat from the local marina or exploring the area’s hiking trails, there’s something for everyone. Visitors can also enjoy the charm of nearby Hochatown, known for its local breweries, wineries, and eclectic shops. After a day of adventure, relax at one of the area's popular restaurants for a delicious meal and maybe even some live music to round out the perfect day.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy with a maximum of 2 dogs. A pet fee of $150 is required.

Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ ELECTRIC VEHICLE INFORMATION ★
The best option for EV charging is at the Choctaw Casino, which offers multiple fast charging stations. Please note this property does NOT have an EV Charger.

★ NOISE ORDINANCE ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 7 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

★ A NOTE ON OUR LOCAL NEIGHBORS ★
We are thrilled to share our slice of nature with you! Because this home is nestled in the heart of the woods, please keep in mind that you are visiting a thriving ecosystem.
*** Wildlife: It is common to see deer, turkeys, and squirrels. Occasionally, larger wildlife like raccoons may pass through. Please keep all food indoors and dispose of trash in the secured bins provided.
*** The "Bug" Factor: We maintain a professional pest control schedule; however, the occasional spider, beetle, ladybug, wasp, or "woodland friend" may find their way inside, especially during rain or seasonal changes.
*** Pro Tip: Keeping doors and screens closed will help keep the great outdoors exactly where it belongs—outdoors!

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.

- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee

- Small powder creamer

- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of the forest.

WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the use of the property. No refund of payments shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems.

FIREPLACES:
Available for your enjoyment from October 1-March 31.

This property is located off a gravel road. There is no charging station available.
