Built in 1996, this modern Lockwood Cottage faces North & is set on a rolling 120acre farm. It has trees & established gardens, a large lawned bank, pond & a running fresh stream. Cottage deck ideal for relaxing & time with family or friends. Open plan living, large sliding door, plenty of 'off road parking' & easily accessible, well set back from small gravel road. 'Parkley Cottage' is fully furnished, linen provided & has Septic tank drainage. Approx 12kms from Amberley providing access to Supermarkets, Cafes etc, 30mins to Rangiora & also many nearby Vineyards. You'll need to bring your own food & drink, Pets are not preferred due to Stock Numbers on Rural Property.
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be close to Iron Ridge Quarry Sculpture Park. You'll find features such as laundry facilities. The cottage offers a washing machine.
