It was clean and well apportioned with kitchen supplies. The beds were comfortable but the living room couch and chairs were very hard and had no throw pillows to help add cushioning.

Loved it

First time visiting Vermont and was very pleased with everything at the hotel. I was checked in by Toni who was very kind and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the hotel grounds were. They have done such a good job with the landscaping and amenities such as an arcade and activity center. Our kids loved that! We got a two bedroom villa and it was so spacious and comfortable! We loved the view of the Vermont mountains! Coming from Hawaii that was such a nice change of scenery! Parking was easy and the text messages we received from staff were a nice touch. Would def recommend and come back for a future stay!

It's a great place to stay if you have kids. The arcade, game room, and pool kept us busy for hours. The staff was great. Shout out Miles, he was the best. The rooms were clean with plenty of toiletries, extra towels, sheets, and blankets. There's a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board provided. The villa kitchen was completely stocked with cookware, silverware, dishes, and drinking glasses. And the beds were clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be staying there again.

Little touches

Bathrooms are big enough only for one person. Hope you don't want to put on makeup or shave in the bathroom; lighting is terrible. Heat didn't work--assuming it was turned off for the season. It does get cold in Sept in New England. Overall room is nice, just amazed that they have missed the small touches normally found in a hotel, especially in a resort.
