(Bigger boats can tie off to side of dock) 9,5 feet of water at the dock. Very rare, this property has its own private boat ramp to make loading and unloading watercraft easy. No driving to a ramp. Giant covered patios to enjoy the breath-taking sunrises and sunsets. Large open master bedroom, 2 guest bedrooms with an additional small bedroom (with daybed and full size bed). The loft can be used as sleeping area complete with queen bed. Located 5 miles from Brownwood State Park. This house also has an 32amp RV plug perfect for charging EV’s / electric charging/ Teslas. Please return Grill to the Garage after use.
