This holiday home in the heart of Provence can accommodate up to 16 guests. It features a private pool, vineyards, and several terraces on a large enclosed property, ensuring complete peace and privacy. The ground floor offers a bright and welcoming sitting room with a comfortable sofa, ideal for relaxing indoors. The dining room is perfect for shared meals, while the fully equipped kitchen includes an electric kettle, toaster, cooker, hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, juicer, and blender. This floor also includes a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200), a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a double bed (160 x 200 cm), and another bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), en-suite bathroom, and direct access to a private balcony or terrace. An additional bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet completes this level.

On the first floor, you'll find a spacious bedroom with two single beds (80 x 200 cm), a bunk bed (80 x 200), and a cot, as well as another bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and an additional cot. A shared bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet serves these rooms. A terrace on this floor provides a lovely spot to relax and take in the surroundings.

Step outside to enjoy the villa’s expansive 10,000 m² fenced garden, where you’ll find plenty of entertainment for all ages. The private swimming pool (9 x 5 m) is perfect for cooling off on warm days, while the large covered 120 m² terrace offers comfortable seating for al fresco dining. The property features an outdoor kitchen with a lounge set, ensuring the perfect space for socializing. Additional outdoor amenities include a petanque court, a trampoline, play equipment, a slide, table football, a swing set, and deckchairs for relaxing in the sun.

Marseille, Aix-en-Provence and Saint-Tropez are just an hour's drive away. The town centre is 1 km away and the beautiful Verdon Gorge Canyon is about 60 minutes from the property. A little further away is Verdon Natural Park.

One pet is allowed on the property upon request with a supplement of fifty euros per stay.

Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 p.m.
