While the property was good quality and I enjoyed my stay, the company is terrible to work with. They do not translate their communications to English when speaking with English customers which has been the source for a lot of confusion.
Also, since I am located outside of the EU, I could not pay the deposit using the portal they provided, meaning I had to go through a friend to directly wire the deposit to them as they had no other way except me emailing them my credit card information (which is completely insecure). I have yet to receive my deposit back from them even though they promised to return it promptly after my stay which ended a month ago.
To Hexuvium, I have emailed you multiple times to get my deposit back and you have not done so. Maybe this review will prompt you to return the 500€.
If you are from outside the EU do not book through Hexuvium.
